Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
At Consciera, we strive to provide high-quality AI-guided spiritual therapy sessions. We understand that sometimes you might not be satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for our services.
2. Single Sessions
Our single session pricing is as follows:
- Short Session (15 minutes): $0.99
- Medium Session (30 minutes): $1.99
- Long Session (1 hour): $2.99
2.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues during your session that significantly impact or prevent your therapy experience, you may be eligible for a refund. Technical issues include but are not limited to:
- Server outages
- Payment processing errors
- Severe application bugs that prevent session completion
To request a refund due to technical issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours of the session with details about the issue encountered.
2.2 Session Quality
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your session, you may request a refund within 24 hours of completing the session. Please provide specific feedback about your experience to help us improve our service.
3. Subscription Services
For our monthly subscription service (coming soon at $8.99/month):
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing consciera@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Include your full name and the email associated with your account in the message.
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.
✨ Important: We process all cancellation requests within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your cancellation has been processed. If you don't receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us again.
3.2 Subscription Refunds
For subscription services, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are generally non-refundable except in cases of:
- Prolonged service outages (more than 48 hours)
- Unauthorized charges
- Error in billing amount
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at consciera@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Date of the session or subscription purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant details or screenshots that support your request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Exceptions
Refund requests may be denied in the following circumstances:
- The request is made outside of the specified timeframes
- The service was used substantially before requesting a refund
- Multiple refund requests from the same user
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy
- Violations of our Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page, with the updated date noted at the top.
For refund requests related to purchases made under a previous version of this policy, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
